Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our transportation services.
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. These additional terms include (without limitation) the Terms of Use and the Pricing Policy. If you do not agree to these Service Terms, you are directed to discontinue using the Services. Bahamas Luxury Transportation reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Service Terms after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed or supplemented. It is your responsibility to review these Service Terms regularly. These Service Terms were last updated on February 20, 2024.
All advertised rates are subject to change without notice.
RATE ESTIMATE: The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. Fees for tolls, taxes, waiting time, and additional stops are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.
GRATUITY: A chauffeur’s gratuity is at the discretion of the passenger unless otherwise arranged.
WAITING TIME: Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at hourly increments. Waiting time charges may be incurred if a passenger arrives late to a pick-up. Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be charged as waiting time. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires on any services provided. We do not charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights.
ADDITIONAL STOPS: The fare quoted online does not include any additional stops made during your trip. Unless specifically discussed, when booking a reservation by phone, the fare quoted does include additional stops.
TRANSFERS WITH COMPLIMENTARY GROCERY STOPS: A flat rate is quoted at the time of booking. Complimentary grocery stops have a 15-30 minute window for passengers to retrieve items at the store. Any stops over 30 minutes will result in an additional charge.
RECEIPTS: Phone and web-based reservations have the option to receive email confirmation and payment details. After payment is made, we will then issue an electronic receipt via email.

Reservations for airport transfers are exclusively valid for the time and date specified. Reservations originating from the airport are applicable solely for the specified date.
When changing the pick-up or drop-off location of a reservation, rates are subject to change and additional charges may apply.
Bahamas Luxury Transportation is not responsible for customer errors resulting in unused reservations or missed flights.
Transfers to the airport is a private, direct service utilizing luxurious Sedans, M.K. T’s, Sprinters, and SUVs for non-stop transportation to the airport.
All clients are required to confirm departure from the hotel to the airport the day before, between the hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Reservations can be made less than an hour prior to requested pickup times.
Changes to reservation times must be done with 36 hours in advance. If a change is required with less than 36 hours’ notice, the vehicle you booked may not be available to accommodate your new time, and as such Bahamas Luxury Transportation reserves the right to substitute your vehicle with one of similar value.
Operating hours are daily from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. Please contact us for availability and pricing for LUXURY service outside of operating hours.
The Luxury Fast Track services are limited. All reservations for arrival and departure services must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Missed services due to incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information, will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations submitted more than 36 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time are subjected to a 20% administration fee. Any cancellation with less than 36 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
To avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify a customer service representative of a cancellation at least 36 hours in advance. Cancellations are accepted by email at info@bahamasluxurytransportation.com
Only reservations impacted by airline cancellations or delays may qualify for a full future booking credit when a new reservation is made.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. A $250 fee will be added to your trip for smoking.
Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicles.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who behaves in a disruptive or unruly manner.
Bahamas Luxury Transportation is not responsible for inclement weather conditions, heavy traffics, or other uncomfortable circumstances resulting in the inability to start or complete a job as it is scheduled.
Bahamas Luxury Transportation reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup.
When accompanied by a responsible adult, BLT welcomes the opportunity to serve our younger travelers. Please indicate the number of children traveling so we can reserve a seat.
If your child is under the minimum age/weight standards, you must supply an approved car seat for each child to whom the applicable law applies. If you are unable to provide a car seat, we can provide one for you.
Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the ride. Chauffeurs may refuse service if the child isn’t old enough to ride alone and is/or without an adult.
We are more than happy to accommodate pets, but for their safety and comfort we advise that they stay inside their travel cases or bags throughout the entire service.
A fee of $65 per trip will be applied for all passengers choosing to have their pets outside of their designated travel cases or bags.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions or road closures.
Our liability for any claim arising out of the provision of transportation services shall be limited to the amount paid by the passenger for the relevant services.
By using our transportation services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the services or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By proceeding with the checkout process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.
1.1 For airport pickup and drop-off we require a notice of cancellation at least 36 hours in advance in order to issue a refund minus 20% for the administration fee.
1.2 Airport pickup and drop-off cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled pickup are not refundable.
1.3 For special events, proms, weddings, charter and tours, we require a notice of cancellation at least 1 week in advance in order to issue a refund minus 30% for the processing fee.
1.4 Cancellations within 1 week for special events, proms, weddings, charter and tours are not refundable.
1.5 In the event of a “no-show” (customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up location and time without any prior notification), the full fare will be charged.
1.6 Only reservations impacted by airline cancellations or delays may qualify for a full future booking credit once a new reservation is made.
2.1 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle breakdown, extreme weather conditions, etc.), we will make every effort to provide alternative transportation or a refund.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation at any time due to reasons beyond our control, such as traffic delays, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.1 If you need to change the date, time, or location of your reservation, please contact us at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
3.2 Any changes made within 36 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to additional fees.
